    • 3) System Abuse:

    Anyone who violates our Services security will be subjected to to criminal and civil liability, as well as we may immediately terminate the account and other actions which include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Negligently or intentionally transmitting files containing a computer virus or corrupted files/data.
  • Accessing or scanning any unauthorized data or system components without prior notice.
  • Scan for vulnerabilities or breach security or authentication measures or accessing other networks without permissions.

    You may not be able to use all/maximum services in any way which results in performance issues or in case of interruption of services for other Users. Prohibited activities that contribute to excessive use, include without limitation are as follows:

  • Reporting violations to law enforcement as per our findings.
  • The terminated or suspended accounts due to violations will not be reactivated at our portal.
